The mission of Anthem Prep is to provide students with a distinguished college-preparatory, liberal arts program to educate students for the lifelong pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty. AP believes that the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of athletic activities is a vital part of this educational experience. Such participation is a privilege that carries with it responsibility to the school, to the activity, to other students, to the community, and to the athletes themselves. Athletics provides a balance of experiences that contribute to the development of learning and emotional skills that enable the student to achieve maximum benefit from his or her education. Participation in an athletic activity is not a required component of the AP curriculum, but we strongly encourage all children to participate on a team sport at Anthem Prep.
